摘要 体外成熟的卵母细胞发育潜力下降与其胞质及核成熟的不同步有关 ,因此 ,抑制卵母细胞核成熟的物质引起了人们的关注。本文综述了各种卵母细胞成熟抑制剂的作用机制及应用 ,重点讨论选择性的细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDKs)抑制剂丁内酯I(BL Ⅰ )对卵母细胞的超微结构和发育潜力的影响。BL Ⅰ能可逆性抑制卵母细胞减数分裂恢复 ,有望改善卵母细胞发育至囊胚的能力。
