摘要
文章介绍了一种获得专利的螺杆泵无级变速驱动装置的结构特点。使用证明 ,该装置存在传动皮带更换工序复杂的问题 ,文章提出了改进方法。测试数据表明 ,改进后的该装置不仅可使螺杆泵实现低速启动 ,得到降低螺杆采油系统启动扭矩的目的 ,还使传动皮带更换工作变得容易。
This paper presents the structure feature of a patented device that is an infinitively variable device for screw pump. The onsite practical application shows a complicated belt changing for the device. An improvement is proposed in this paper. The testing parameter shows that the improved device will not only realize low speed start-up but a reduced start-up torque for screw pump is obtained. The complicated belt changing is made to be easier as well.
