摘要
为解决现有远程诊断系统中数据传输存在的实时传输可操作性差的问题,结合美国智能维护系统中心的发展蓝图以及性能衰退评估预测工具WatchdogTM等研究成果,提出了智能维护系统中基于信息传输的适应式远程诊断方法的框架结构及其基本要素。通过利用性能衰退预测和嵌入式智能代理两大关键技术,基于该方式的智能维护系统可使企业的设备/产品获得接近于零的故障停机率。
Aiming at the lack of real-time data transmission in current remote diagnosing system, a new adaptive remote diagnosing system was proposed. The developing strategies of American Intelligent Maintenance System Center and existing researching results (i.e. WatchdogTM, a performance degradation prognosis tool) were introduced. The architecture and fundamental elements (i.e. embedded intelligent agent) of information transmission-based adaptive remote diagnosing system were discussed. By adopting the performance degradation prediction technique and the embedded intelligent agent technique, the adaptive remote diagnosing system became more affordable and feasible than existing ones. The Intelligent Maintenance System using this remote diagnosing technology enables the devices/products to achieve predictive near-zero-downtime performance.
