摘要
目的 :探讨视网膜色素上皮 (retinalpigmentepithelium ,RPE)细胞异种间移植后排斥反应所致玻璃体内肿瘤坏死因子 (tu mornecrosisfactor ,TNF)的活性变化。方法 :将人眼的RPE细胞移植于不同组兔眼的视网膜下腔 ,行异种眼RPE细胞移植手术 ,术后 3周内定期检测各组玻璃体内TNF的活性变化 ,并观察环孢菌素A (Cy closporin A ,CsA)对其的影响。 结果 :异种间移植组家兔玻璃体中TNF活性明显高于对照组 ,而注入CsA组家兔玻璃体中TNF活性变化不大。结论
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the activity changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) within the vitreum caused by rejection after heterogenous-eye transplantation of retirial pigment epithelium (RPE).METHODS: Human RPE was transplanted to the rabbit subretinal cavity. The activity changes of TNF within the vitreum were dtetected periodically in the three weeks after operation.The effect of cyclosporin A on the activity of TNF was observed.RESULTS: The activity of TNF in vitreums for the rabbits received the heterogenous transplantation of retinal pigment was obviously higher than that of the normal control group. The Changes of TNF activity in the group injected with cyclosporin A had no significant difference.CONCLUSION: The activity changes of TNF after the heterogenous transplantation of RPE might be related to rejection.
