摘要
目的 :探讨应用Schanz螺钉加强组合式外固定器治疗不稳定胫骨近关节端骨折的临床效果。方法 :回顾性分析采用Schanz螺钉加强组合式外固定器治疗 2 8例不稳定胫骨近关节端骨折的临床资料。结果 :2 8例全部达到骨性愈合 ,功能完全恢复正常。结论
Objective:To investigate results of the unstable tibial fracture next to articular surface treated with component external fixator stabilized by Schanz nail. Method: Analyzed twenty eight cases with unstable tibial fracture next to articular surface retrospectively, who were treated with component external fixator stabilized by Schanz nail. Result:All fractures healed and had a good functional recovery. Conclusion:The component external fixator stabilized by Schanz nail is principal way in treating tibial fracture next to the articular surface.
