摘要
目的:对脑心清片进行质量标准研究。方法:改进薄层色谱鉴别方法,高效液相色谱法测定脑心清片中山奈素、槲皮素的含量,采用Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50),流速:1mL·min-1,检测波长:360nm。结果:薄层色谱鉴别法得到改进,高效液相色谱法重现性好,准确可靠。结论:改进后的薄层色谱鉴别法可作为脑心清片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To study the quality specification for Naoxinqing tablets. Methods: Querctin and kaempferol in Naoxinqing tablets were identified by improved TLC and determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Hypersil Qg column (250mm × 4. 6mm, 10μm),methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(50:50) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1mL·min-1 and a UV detector at 360nm. Results: The TLC identification was improved and an accurate, reproducible HPLC method was established. Conclusion: The improved TLC identification method can be used for the quality control of Naoxinqing tablet.
