摘要
本文报道了由针铁矿物原料(α-FeOOH)通过真空热分解得到α-Fe_2O_3,烧结制成陶瓷气湿敏感元件。采用热分解得到的α-Fe_2O_3,其气孔率、比表面积、气湿敏感特性等通过工艺途径被有效地加以控制,从而制备出气孔率大、比表面积高的α-Fe_2O_3粉末。这种高性能的α-Fe_2O_3粉料是一种有希望、具有潜力的气敏陶瓷原料。
A method for production of а--Fe_2O_3 through thermal decomposition of а--goethite(а-FeOOH) in vacuum is reported in this paper. The prepared а-Fe_2O_3 powder is characterized byhigher porosity and larger specific area, which is suitably used as material for gas-humidity-sensitiveceramics. The porous ceramic humidity sensor was obtained from sintering а-Fe_2O_3 and wascarefully investigated.
