摘要
研制了新型的K_2NbOF_5系红外与离子导电玻璃,并进行了IR光谱、UV-Vis-NIR光谱、热性质、电导率、密度和折射率的测定。氧化物的加入改善了K_2NbOF_5系玻璃的成玻性能。讨论了氧化物的加入对K_2NbOF_5系玻璃的电性能及红外透过等性质的影响,红外透过截止波长随P_2O_5含量的增加而减小。70K_2NbOF_5-30GaF_3玻璃及65K_2NbOF_5-30GaF_3-5P_2O_5玻璃红外透过截止波长分别为8μm和6.3μm.UV-Vis-NIR光谱测定表明,玻璃中铌仅以Nb^(5+)离子形式存在。玻璃在晶化前期的电导率为10^(-5)Ω^(-1)·cm(-1)左右。
New fluoride glass and fluoride-okide glass of K_2NbOF_5 system were prepared. The IR spec-trum, UV-Vis spectrum, thermal properties, conductivity, density and refractive index for somesamples were measured. Addition of oxide reformed the ability to the forming glass, but the IRcut-off wavelength became shorter than the fluoride glass. The UV-Vis spectrum shows that niobateions exist as Nb^(5+) ions, but there are no Nb^(3+) or Nb^(4+) ions in the glass. The conductivity of glass isabout 10^(-5) Ω^(-1). cm^(-1) below the crystallization temperature Tc.
