摘要
目的 总结多发性损伤的救治经验 ,以提高救治成功率。方法 对 10 0例严重多发性损伤救治过程进行回顾性分析。结果 死亡 6例 ,主要原因为就诊较晚、出血性休克及合并重度颅脑损伤。其余多发性损伤患者均抢救成功。结论 全面的体格检查和必要的辅助检查十分重要 。
Objective To summarize the experiences on the emergency treatment of multiple damages so as to improve the rate of success. Methods The emergency treatment's courses of 100 patients with severe multiple damages were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were successfully treated, except that 6 ones died from delayed treatment, hemorrhagic shock and complicated severe cerebral injury. Conclusion Complete physical examination and necessary accessorial test are important so that rapid diagnosis can be made out,which is the key to successful treatment.
