摘要
研制的LKM型絮凝剂具有破乳能力强、水溶性好、使用方便和贮存稳定的特点。现场工业试验表明 :其复合配方LKM - 5 715絮凝剂 ,在除油率大致相同的情况下 ,其投加量为聚氯化铝的 1/2～ 1/5 ,浮渣生成量少 ,易于处理和利用 ,可作为聚氯化铝的换代产品在含油废水处理中推广使用。
LKM type flocculants possess high anti-emulsification ability, good water solubility, good stability and usability. It is shown that one of multiple prescriptions, LKM-5715 was obtained and its flocculation result was perfect. Experiments in industry application indicated that at similar deoil efficiency, its consumption was 1/2 ～ 1/5 amount of poly-aluminum chloride. The production of scum was little and easy to dispose and utilize. Instead of poly-aluminum chloride, LKM-5715 type flocculants can be widely utilized in the treatment of oiled waste water.
