摘要
在对现有的网络处理器体系结构进行研究的基础上,提出了新一代网络处理器的顶层体系结构,该体系结构具有流式处理、基于端口(Port)的指令以及任务切换零延时等特点。
With the development of digital communication and network technology, the higher demands for function and performance of NP (network processor) are put forward. Some existing NP architectures are analyzed. Based on it, a top-level view of a new NP architecture is introduced. The key features of such a NP are the port-based instructions and the zero-latency task switching, etc.
