摘要
基于IP的网络监控系统在固定IP上已经得到了较多应用,在动态IP上的实现由于受到各种因素限制,应用相对较少。该文主要讨论了在基于动态IP的公网上实现网络监控系统的方法。
Network video surveillance system based on IP network is employed in permanent [P network widely, but few are used in dynamic IP network due to the difficulty to realize. This article focuses on the realization of network video surveillance system based on dynamic IP in the public network.
