目的充分利用病案统计信息,为医院改革发展服务,为医院管理者决策提供信息支持。结论开发和利用病案统计信息,对挖掘医院发展潜力,充分扩大医疗市场份额,制定可持续发展的战略起着重要作用。
Objective: Making tull use medical record statistic information to server for reform and development of hospitals, and provide information support for decision-making of hospital governor. Methods: 1?Feedbacking duly medical quality information to provide information for comprehensive evaluation on medical services of clinical departments, and taking part in the management of medical quality. 2?Providing the data for structural adjustment of medical charge and controlling the drugs proportion; Providing reference data for adjusting the settlement of departments and the orientation of talent cultivation; Providing reference data for enlarging the range of medical services; Providing data for the distribution by merit and the promotion of professional titles; and monitoring dynamically the use of medical equipment. 3?Giving some suggestions on how to adapt medical insurance system. Conclusion: Development and use of medical record statistic information plays an important role in dredging up the hospital potentiality, enlarging enough medical market share and formulating strategy on hospital sustainable development.
