摘要
目的 了解家蝇抗性动态变化 ,指导合理用药。方法 点滴法。结果 溴氰菊酯LD50 为0 .0 0 34μg/♀ ,R/S为 5 .6 7倍 ;胺菊酯LD50 为 1.4 991μg/♀ ,R/S为 2 1.76倍 ;氯菊酯LD50 为 0 .14 36 μg/♀ ,R/S为 2 4 .76倍 ;敌敌畏LD50 为 0 .2 4 5 8μg/♀ ,R/S为 2 1.5 6倍 ;六六六LD50 为 0 .2 4 92 μg/♀ ,R/S为 0 .4 3倍。 结论 家蝇对溴氰菊酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯和敌敌畏已产生了较高的抗性 ,在一定时期内应停止或轮换使用。
Objective To find out the dynamic changes of the resistance of Musca domestica,and use insecticides reasonably.Methods Topical application.Results The LD 50 of deltamethrin was 0.003 4 μg/♀,and the R/S was 5.67.The LD 50 of tetramethrin was 1.499 1 μg/♀, and the R/S was 21.76.The LD 50 of permethrin was 0.143 6 μg/♀, and the R/S was 24.76.The LD 50 of DDVP was 0.245 8 μg/♀,and the R/S was 21.56.The LD 50 of gemmexane was 0.249 2 μg/♀,and the R/S was 0.43.Conclusion The Musca domestica had high resistance to deltamethrin, tetramethrin,permethrin and DDVP.Thus they should be stopped from being used for a period of time or be used alternately.
