摘要
武钢 4号高炉生产近 8年 ,冷却壁损坏有加剧之势。通过采取加强炉型管理、优化高炉操作、安装冷却器及硬质压入造衬等一系列措施 ,大大减缓了冷却壁损坏 ,高炉各项技术经济指标不断改善。
The amount of cooling stave damage at WISCO’s No.4 BF growed with each passing day after operating 8 years.The number of cooling staves damage decreased obviously by adopting following measures :enhancing blast furnace wear lines management, optimizing balst furnace operation,installing cooler and forming new lining by pressing rigid castable refractory into blast furnace ect. .
