摘要
目的 探讨全子宫切除术后近、远期并发症的防治方法。方法 回顾对 118例腹式全子宫切除术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 术后常见的近期并发症为残端出血 ,尿路感染 ,下肢深部静脉血栓和腹部切口愈合不良。远期并发症为性功能下降 ,围绝经期症状 ,心血管系统疾患和残留卵巢综合征。结论 行全子宫切除术应严格掌握手术指征 ,谨防各种近、远期并发症。
Objective To explore the method of prevention and cure for complication of abdominal complete hysterectomy in near,long-term.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 118 cases of abdominal complete hysterectomy patients.Results The complication are incomplete end bleeding,urinary tract infection,lower limbs deep phlebothrombosis and abdominal incision healing badly after operation in short term.The complication are sexual dysfunction,menopause symptom,cardiovascular system disease and remain ovary syndrome after operation in long-term.Conclusion We should grasp operation signs strictly to avoid near,long-term complication of hysterectomy.
