摘要
目的 评价刺五加脑灵液治疗抑郁性神经症的临床疗效和副反应。方法 对 90例符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准 (CCMD 2 R)的抑郁性神经症患者 ,分别应用刺五加脑灵液 ( 4 5例 ) ,多塞平片 ( 4 5例 )进行治疗 ,疗程 6周 ,采用抑郁量表 (HAMD)和临床总体量表 (CGI)、副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果 刺五加脑灵液显效率 68.89%,多塞平 71.11%,两者差异无显著性。刺五加脑灵液不良反应较多塞平少而轻。结论 刺五加脑灵液治疗抑郁性神经症疗效确切 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Ciwujianaolingye in the treatment of depressive neurosis.Methods Ninety patients who met the criteria of CCMD 2 R for depressive neurosis were treated by Ciwujianaolingye or doxepin for 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed according to HAMD,CGI and TESS.Results The effective rate of Ciwujianaolingye was 68.89%,which was 71.11 of doxepin,there was no significant difference between Ciwujianaolingye and doxepin.The side effects of Ciwujianaolingye were less and slighter than those of doxepin.Conclusion Ciwujianaolingye is effective in treating depressive neurosis, with little side effect.
