摘要
目的 探讨小组治疗神经症的疗效。方法 以 2 6名神经症患者为观察组 ,2 2名神经症患者为对照组 ,治疗时间两个月 ,用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )评定 ,结果用 spss1 0 .0软件进行统计检验。结果 观察组治疗神经症有效 ,以躯体化、强迫、敌对、恐怖等改善最明显 ,优于对照组。
Objective To study the effectiveness of group treatment in treating mind disorders.Methods One of two groups of mind disorders is taken as observe group (n=26), another as control group (n=22). Treatment lasts two months. To compare two results with SCL-90 and SPSS program.Results The treatment of observe group is effectiveness. The factor scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, antagonism, dread in SCL-90 in observe group are significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Group treatment is good to mind disorders.
