摘要
从发展农村经济,提高农民收入,增强我国农业竞争力着手,论述了逐步实行农村土地规模化经营的必要性。指出实现土地规模经营要结合城市化和机械化的发展,因势利导,形成一种有效的实施推进机制。
Starting from developing the rural economy, increasing the income of the peasants and strengthening the competitive power of our country, this paper discusses on the necessity of practicing the scale operation of the rural farmland step by step, and points out that practicing the scale operation of the rural farmland should connect with the development of the urbanization and mechanization, make the best use of the situation, and form an effective mechanism of practicing and promoting.
