摘要
采用熔融共混的方法制备聚乙烯防雾滴膜 ,考察了 5种防雾滴剂的性能。实验寻求到一较佳的复配方案 ,所得膜在 80℃和 60℃下的无滴持效期分别为 12 5 .2h和 10 1d ,低温 ( -5℃ )下的无滴持效期超过 180d。此外 ,还运用费克第二定律对膜中防雾滴剂的扩散情况进行数学模拟 ,模型基本可以反映防雾滴剂在膜中的迁移情况。
Antifog polyethylene films were prepared via melt blending. An optimal formula was selected from 5 systems studied. Its antifog durability at 80 ℃ and 60 ℃ were 125.2 hours and 101 days, respectively, and the antifog durability at -5 ℃ was longer than 180 days. The diffusion of antifog agents in films was also simulated.
