摘要
整个分布式系统由中央控制部分通过 1 0 0 M以太网发送的系统控制命令和时钟装置的统一的时钟信号进行同步操作。在工控机采集节点中 ,通过使采集卡与工控机共享 DRAM来实现较长时间的数据采集。在设计中采用一些措施来增加系统的抗电磁干扰的能力。系统的设计过程中 ,对多个操作系统包括 Windows98,Lin-ux2 .2 ,Vx Works进行了测试 ,并且对关键的中断处理程序的实现做了比较以提高系统的稳定性。采用模块化的设计 ,可以针对不同的应用来配置采集的通道数 ,而不影响系统的总体性能。本设计在系统的性能和成本间做到了较好的平衡。
The design and the realization of an industrial PC based 12-bit 200 channels distributed synchronous parallel data acquisition system are described. To reduce total cost,several methods are compared and tested during this design process. Using an uniform clock fan-out device as the time base,the central control part controls the whole distributed system synchronously by sending system command via 100 M Ethernet. In an industrial PC,data acquisition cards share DRAM of the PC to extend continuous sampling time. The design uses some techniques to decrease the crosstalk and the noise of signals. During the design of the system,designers compare several operating systems,including Windows98,Linux2 2 and VxWorks,and experiments of some realizations of their interrupt routines also enhance the run-time stability. The system is composed of modules and can be configured depended on the application without performance loss. The design perfectly balances the cost and the performance of the system.
