摘要
天然气水合物是一种非常规的、洁净天然气资源 ,开采难度大。文章主要介绍了水合物实验研究设备———天然气水合物合成及微钻实验装置。该设备为科研人员在实验室内进行天然气水合物形成条件 ,模拟自然环境下进行天然气水合物钻采以及进行钻井工艺实验研究提供了良好的实验基础。文章介绍了设备的主要组成部分、材料选择及各部件的主要工作机理 ,设备可适用的实验内容等。
Natural gas hydrate is an abnormal and clean resource of natural gas. It is the focus of scientific research since its recovery is very difficult. The article mainly introduces the experimental equipment of gas hydrate, which is used for artificial production of gas hydrate, and micro-drilling experiments. The equipment provides a good ground for the researchers to conduct the experimental study on forming conditions of natural gas hydrate, simulating drilling and exploiting of natural gas hydrate, and testing drilling techniques in the lab. The article also introduces the major components of the equipment, material selecting, work mechanism of the major components, and experimental contents suitable to the equipment, etc.
