摘要
根据市售双速数据处理模块精度损失大、外形尺寸大、不能满足小型化要求的情况 ,提出了克服上述缺点的双速数据处理从理论到实践完整的新方案 ,该方案有精 /粗比自定、全精度输出、纠错能力强、合理选择SDC模块和使处理算法硬件化等特点。
In order to solve the problem that the dualrate data processing module available in the market is with some accuracy loss and lager size,and can not meet the requirement of smallsize design,this p aper presents a solution of dualrate processing with either theory or prac tice,which overcomes the mentioned problem and is with characteristics of selfdetermining fine/coarse rate,allfull accuracy output,powerful error co rrection capability,reasonable logic SDC module and hardware processing algorith m,etc.
