铌在Nd-Fe-B合金中的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 熔炼是制备粉末冶金烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁体的关键技术之一,直接影响到磁体最终磁性能的好坏。本文采用传统熔炼技术制备了成分为Nd15Fe78-xNbxB7的系列合金铸锭,通过对不同含铌量合金铸锭的显微结构及成分分析得出:随着铌含量的增加,合金铸锭中的显微结构由片状晶和枝状晶向颗粒状晶粒转变,同时也改变了α-Fe的晶粒形貌,使富钕相分布更加均匀,从而改善了磁体的磁性能。 Melting is one of critical technology in the production of powder metallurgy sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets. In this experiment Nd_(15)Fe_(78-x)Nb_xB_7 alloy ingots are prepared by melting process. Through analyzing about microstructure and composition of alloy ingots, the results show increase with Nb, faceted and tree-like crystal transformed to tiny grainy crystal, at a time α-Fe crystal form also changed, Nd-rich phases are all the more uniform, and so put forward property of the magnets to be improved.
