摘要
目的 提高对老年慢性呼吸道疾病合并呼吸道真菌感染的认识。方法 对我科住院老年慢性呼吸道疾病合并呼吸道真菌感染 46例进行回顾性临床资料分析。结果 多种抗生素应用、住院日延长、基础病重 ,导致真菌感染。结论 积极治疗基础病 ,合理应用抗生素 ,预防及早发现。
Objective To improve and studying of chronic respiratory disease complicated with fungus infection in elder patients.Methods Relrospect,voly analyzed the clinical material for 46 case of chronic respiratory disease complicated with fungus infection in elder patients our department.Results Application of various antibiotics,longtime being in hospital,serious original disease,were considered to cause fungus infection.Conclusions Actively treatment original disease,reasonably use the antibiotio and early diagnesis and treapinent can prevent fungus infection.
