摘要
目的 :测定茜芷胶囊 (茜草、白芷等 )中欧前胡素的含量。方法 :用反相高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .5 %磷酸(70∶30 ) ,紫外检测波长为 2 4 8nm ,流速 1.0mL·min-1。结果 :欧前胡素对照品在 12～ 6 0 μg·mL-1浓度内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998。平均加样回收率 99.8% ,RSD为 1.0 %。结论 :方法可行 ,结果可靠 ,重现性好 。
AIM:To determine imperatorin in Qianzhi Capsules(Radix Rubiae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, etc.). METHODS:RP-HPLC was applied. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 5% phosphoric acid solution(70∶30). The detection wavelength was at 248nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1. RESULTS:The linearity was obtained in the range of 12～60μg·mL -1(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 99.8% with relative standard deviation of 1.0%. CONCLUSION:The method was simple and reliable.
