Good ideological and political work is the important guarantee of the construction of modernization. The development of society brings people an active thought and ideological and political work is faced with many new circumstances and difficulties. To meet the demand of the new situation and tasks, ideological and political work should progress with time and make constant innovation in workers' performance, working method, working content, working carrier and working effectiveness for a given period of time.
