摘要
APEC并不是一个非常令人看好的区域经济一体化组织,甚至有许多人质疑APEC的发展和走向。但是在 区域经济一体化和世界多边贸易体系的矛盾越来越突出、WTO的路越走越困难的今天,APEC的出现将成为区域 一体化的另外一种选择。
APEC is not regarded as a prospective organization of regional economic integration. A lot of people even doubt its development and future. Yet the contradiction between regional economic integration and world multilateral trade system is conspicuous day by day. The APEC's emergence will be another choice for regional integration.
