摘要
为保证钢丝绳在捻制过程中的各股张力一致,改进钢丝绳质量,研制了针对捻制过程的钢丝绳捻制张力动态监控系统。采用拉压式传感器采集张力信号,设计了监控电路和控制软件。试验证实,拉压式传感器具有良好的线性度、重复性和动态稳定性,监控电路具有良好的静/动态抗干扰能力和稳定性,能在恶劣的现场环境下运行,具有广泛的应用前景。
A real-time monitoring system was developed to ensure the same tension for each strand during wire twisting, and to improve the wire quality. The stretching-compression sensor was used to sample tension signals, and the monitoring circuit and controlling software were designed. Testing results showed that the stretching-compression sensor was good in linearity, repeatability and stability, and the monitoring circuit was excellent in anti-interference and stability also in static/dynamic state. On-site testing showed that the system could work well in bad environment and had good prospect.
