摘要
在极坚硬地层钻探施工过程中 ,经常出现钻头打滑现象 ,给钻进带来了极大的困难 ,钻孔施工周期长 ,增加了施工成本。针对打滑地层孕镶金刚石钻头钻进难题 ,提出了提高胎体硬度、降低扇形块的面积、加大水口面积的设计思想 ;为了提高钻头的寿命 ,提出了将制作金刚石增强型硬质合金复合齿的工艺、配方应用到制作孕镶金刚石钻头的设计思路。通过室内微钻试验 ,结果表明这种孕镶金刚石钻头具有高时效、长寿命等优点 。
During the process of drilling in hard formation, slipping of bit often arises, resulting in utmost difficulty in drilling and constructing period of drill hole is very long, increasing the constructing cost. Being aimed at the drilling problems of impregnated diamond bit in slipping formation, a thought of increasing matrix hardness, decreasing area of sector and increasing area of water gap is put forward. In order to improve bit life span this paper puts forward a thought of using the techniques and formulas of making diamond enhanced tungsten carbide composite button to make impregnated diamond bit. Indoor micro-drilling experiment indicates that the new-style bit performs excellently in efficiency and life, which provides a new thought for solving the problems of drilling in the slipping formation.
