摘要
网络时代给档案管理带来了一系列的新变化 ,档案工作的管理思想、馆 (室 )藏载体、服务模式、技术设备和人员素质等受到了挑战 ,如何适应网络时代的这些新变化 。
Since the arrival of network times has brought us a series of varieties in the archives administration,the archives management thoughts,stocking carriers of information,the quality of personele are all faced with great challenges.How to adopt to all these varieties and to set the direction for the archives administrarion has become an urgent problem in network times.
