摘要
十六大报告提出的全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,绘制了21世纪头20年我国现代化建设的宏伟蓝图,为全党和全国人民指明了在新世纪和发展阶段继续前进的方向。本文立足基本国情,从掌握全面建设小康社会的科学内涵及需要正确处理的几个主要重大关系入手,阐述了全面建设小康社会的重要性,长期性,艰巨性,复杂性和必然性。
The report of the Party's 16^(th) National Congress sets the goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way. It has drawn the blueprint for our modernization drive in the first 20 years in the 21^(st) century and further pointed out our way forward in the new stage of development in the new century. Based on our national conditions, and with the correct understanding of its scientific content and proper handling of some major relations as the point of departure, this paper dwells on the significance and necessity of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, and its nature of being a protracted, difficult, and complicated effort.
