校园基本建设是形成校园德育环境的硬条件,高品位的校园环境有利于陶冶大学生思想品德。高校校园基本建设要确立规划第一的观念,要充分体现园林特色和人文精神。
The fundamental construction of the campus is the essential condition to form the campus morality environment. The high level the campus surroundings are beneficial to train and cultivate the ideology and morality the college students. The fundamental construction of the campus should be based on the belief of programming first and fully embody the garden features humane spirit.
