摘要
分析了我国电信发展现状、未来趋势及现阶段城市建设特点,初步探讨新形势下我国电信工程规划的重点与策略,认为规划时应认真预测市话普及率,要考虑电信内涵和体系结构的变化,要用发展的眼光看待"三网融合"问题。
The actualities and future trend of telecommunication development,the characteristics of city construction in China were analyzed, and the emphasis and tactics of our country's telecommunication engineering planning in the new situation were surveyed. The popularization rate of local call in telecommunication engineering planning was to be carefully estimated, taking into account the variation of connotation and system configuration in telecommunication,and treating the problem of integration of Three Networks in the development light.
