摘要
主要探讨新时期应用型本科院校的德育工作整体架构,认为应用型本科院校的德育工作应依据党的教育方针和人才培养目标,把握规律性、体现时代性、富于创造性,并据此提出了新时期的德育的目标体系、内容体系、管理体系、实施体系及考核激励体系。
The paper aims to construct a moral education frame according to the education policy and talent culture goal in the applied\|type universities in new stage, then puts forward general thought and demands of moral education which should be creative, of regularity and coping with the time. Some frame systems concerning goal, content, administration, implementing and check\|incentives have a direct guide in moral education for engineering students in such universities.
