摘要
以TiCl4 为原料 ,采用传统的水解洗涤和超声水解方法制备出平均粒径为 1 0nm~ 3 0nm的TiO2 ,并在电解法降解苯酚溶液的实验中 ,考察了催化剂的催化活性。实验结果表明 ,超声水解方法制备所得TiO2颗粒均匀 ,晶粒尺寸小 ,催化活性较好 ,对浓度为 5 0mg/L的苯酚溶液 ,催化剂用量为 0 .3 g时 ,去除率超过80 %。
Nanosized TiO 2 of being 10nm~30nm has been prepared by normal cleaning and ultrasonic wave cleaning two ways using TiCl 4 as precursor. The effect of activation temperature and preparation way on the particle size of TiO 2 was examined. Electrolysis-catalytic degradation of phenic acid over nanometer titanium prepared by Ultrasonic-hydrolysis was studied. The results show that TiO 2 powder would efficiently increase the removal rate of phenic acid solution, over 80% in appropriate reaction conduction.
