摘要
城市化是我国目前解决“三农”问题的一个重要而有效的途径,但城市化过程实质是一个要素集聚的过程。本文通过对当前城镇要素集聚的现状及存在的问题的分析,提出了解决问题的一些思路和对策。
At present urbanization is a vital solution to the problem of“Agriculture ,Peasant,Village”in China.However,in fact the process of urbanization is a process of elementary gathering. The article gives us some thinking solutions by analyzing the present conditions and problems of elementary gathering in towns.
