摘要
中国古代社区基层治安管理呈现出一系列的特点,主要表现为其治安管理机构的设置较为固定;利用联保连生与保甲法这样一些超强制的高压手段;家族伦理和族规家法也是极为重要的非正式控制手段;由乡民、村民组成的治安力量对维系一方治安起到了补充正式控制的作用。
The public order administration of ancient Chinese community in the basic level presents a series of features , the major displays of which are: the establishment of the public order institution was quite fixed, such super - coercive high - handed measures as allied Bao( 100 households), and imposition of punishment for being related to those who had committed an offence and an old administrative system organized on the basis of households were applied, clan ethics, domestic discipline and family rules were also an most important informal control means,and public order force made up of villagers and/or community members played a suplimentary formal control part in maintaining public order in a specific area.
