摘要
文章总结了合浦西场糖厂从１９８３年至１９９２年榨季期间不同时期的甘蔗蔗糖分和混合汁重力纯度的变化规律，论述了混合汁重力纯度与糖分总收回的辩证关系。利用该厂制糖的变动成本和固定成本等财务数据，制定并分析了三个方案的不同经济效益。
The variational law of milling cane sugar content and gravity purity of mixed juice in Xichang Sugar Mill during 1983/1984 to 1992/1993 seasons were summarized in the article The dialectical relation between the gravity purity of mixed juice and the recovery rate of total sugar was discussed The economic profits of three schemes drawed up by financial datas such as fixed cost and changeable cost etc in the mill were analysed.
