摘要
目的 观察比塔派克斯 (Vitapex)注射型根管糊剂对年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形的作用。方法 对 31例 38颗牙根未发育完成的年轻恒牙进行根管治疗 ,采用Vitapex糊剂充填根管 ,术后追踪观察 6个月— 2年半 ,了解牙根的发育和根尖闭合情况。结果 38颗患牙 ,成功 2 3颗 ,进步 12颗 ,失败 3颗 ,有效率 92 11%。结论 Vitapex根管糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形中疗效满意 ,可推广使用。
Objective To observe the effects of Vitapex used in apexification. Methods Vitapex was used as an intracanal medication to induce the apical formation in root canal therapy of 31 cases (38 immature permanent teeth). They were examined within 6 months to 2.5 years. Results 23 teeth were successful, 12 teeth were improved while 3 teeth were failures. The effective rate was 92.11%.Conclusion Vitapex was an effective drug used in apexification
