摘要
通过对《伤寒杂病论》中运用芍药的经验探讨 ,结合古今医家对该书用芍药的发挥 ,以桂枝汤、芍药甘草汤、黄芩汤、胶艾汤等为代表方 ,将芍药最具代表性的运用要点归纳为敛阴和营、舒挛止痛、导滞除痹、补肝养血四个方面 ,并以原书中芍药在不同方药配伍环境中的加减运用 ,展示了仲景严谨的配伍法度和灵活化裁相统一的运用特点。
Through exploring the experience of Herbaceous peonies' application in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and generations of physicians' improvement for Herbaceous peonies' application, Guizhi Decoction, Shaoyao Gancao Decoction, Huangqin Decoction and Jiaoai Decoction set as prescription examples, the representative applications of Herbaceous peonies were induced into four aspects: astringing yin fluid and regulating the nutrient, relaxing spasm and alleviating pain, removing stagnancy and obstruction, invigorating the liver and enriching the blood. The application of modified Herbaceous peonies in different prescriptions embodied Zhang Zhongjing's strictness and flexibility in prescription principle.
