摘要
“三个代表”重要思想把实现最广大人民的根本利益同坚持党的先进性联系在一起 ,已经上升到了党的性质和宗旨的高度。思想教育工作坚持利益原则、维护和保障大学生的各种正当利益需要 ,是做好思想教育工作的前提。为此 ,要从多方面阐述如何运用激励原则 ,激发大学生对利益的内在需要 ,使之产生一种内在动力 ,调动内在积极性 。
The idea of President Jiang's 'Three Representatives' closely relates the realization of the mass' basic interests with the sticking to the Party's advances, pushing it to the height of the Party's qualities and aim. Therefore, ideological and political education work has to stick to the principals of interests, pay attention to and assure students' reasonable needs. It is the pre-requisite of ideological and political education work. So this passage introduces how to stimulate students' internal needs and arouse an motivation by encou-raging college students' activeness from four aspects.
