摘要
本文采用光电子能谱分析方法,首次研究Li_2S-SiS_2-LiBO_2-LiC1体系玻璃的硫氧化物锂离子导体的组成,结构和状态。指出在玻璃体系中,除了与硅相键合的桥硫存在外,还有不与硅相键合的非桥硫存在;这些硫呈现SO_4^(2-)和S^(6+)状态。玻璃中的硫取代了氧的位置, 进入玻璃网络中使结构紧密交联。本文对玻璃网络中的元素状态和成键机理进行了讨论。
The composition, structure and state of oxysulfide glassy lithium ion conductors for Li_2S-SiS_2-LiBO_2-LiCl system were studied by means of XPS. The result of XPS shows that in the glassy, besides bridging sulphur, non-bridging sulphur exists. The sulfur is a SO_4^(2-) group of S^(6+). The partial sulfur atoms replaced oxygen place in glassy bond with boron atoms and exist in the form of bridging sulfur to produce a more highly cross- linked and more compact glass network. In this article, the elements state in the glass network and bonding mechamism were discussed.
