摘要
良好的心理素质是教师理想人格构成的必要条件。国内外研究表明,教师中存在许多的心理问题。造成教师心理问题的主要原因是教师的心理压力。要塑造教师理想人格必须切实加强对教师良好心理素质的培养。
The good psychological quality is the necessary condition to shape a teacher's ideal personality. The researches at home and abroad show that there are many problems about the teachers' mental quality. The main reason of causing teachers' psychological problems is the press of teachers' psychology.Therefore, we must attach importance to the cultivate of teachers' psychological quality if we cultivate the teachers' ideal personality.
