重温《内经》有关心理健康的思想 ,认为“和谐”是心理健康最显著的标志 ,其具体内容可归纳为情志和谐适中、欲求适度、认知和谐、个性和谐、心理与环境和谐。
Defining the evaluation criterion in psychological health is vital to deciding the object of emotional treatment Nowadays there exist a variety of defining criteria,which derive from western scholars and set about from particulars as a western thinking pattern Judging from the views involving psychological health in the yellow emperor's internal classic,'harmony' is the most outstanding sign of health and it may come down to such as:harmony,harmony in recognition and personality,harmony between psychology and environment and harmony between spirit and soma Compared to western evaluation criterion,the evaluation criterion concerning psychological health in the yellow emperor's internal classic has a higher degree and is flexible in terms of application
