2-D Spatial Light Modulators

摘要 本文主要阐述了近几年来空间光调制器的研究和应用情况,涉及到它的材料、方法和结构原理等,并围绕我们自己研制的几种典型的器件实例加以说明。 This paper mainly describes the development and the applications of spatial light modulators in recent years. It includes their materials, methods and constructions as well as their principle. Finally, the paper gives the performances and architectures of several SLM_s which have been developed by our own Lab.
