摘要
依法治国,建立社会主义法治国家是中国共产党在新世纪面临的首要任务。宪法作为国家根本大法,在依法治国中发挥着重要作用。建立完善的宪法体系及宪政制度,是依法治国的重要目标。本文通过对党领导的制宪历程的回顾,总结其历史经验,以促进我国法治现代化建设。
To rule according to law and to found a socialist country ruled by law is the most important task for the CCP in the new century. Being the fundamental law of the state, the constitution plays an important role in the rule of law. To set up perfect constitution system and constitutional government system is a vital goal of the rule of law. This paper reviews the course and experience of drawing up the constitution under the leadership of the CCP, in order to promote the construction of the legal system modernization of China.
