摘要
印度独立后 ,就重视外资 ,已有 5 0多年利用外资的历史 ,吸引外资的战略经历了 5个阶段的转变 ,这个转变体现了三种方式的不同的影响和效用。本文主要讨论印度和我国吸收外国直接投资的比较。
India has laid stress on taking-in and utilization of foreign capital ever since her independence and there has been 50 years' history of utilizing foreign capital in India. During the 50 years, India's strategy to utilize foreign capital has seen five stages of policy transformation. So far different effects and roles of the 3 ways of utilizing foreign capital have shown in the course of the transformation. This article focuses its discussion on differences in foreign direct investment absorption between India and China so that we can learn from India's experiences and lessons in this field.$$$$
