摘要
本文通过烧液化气梭式窑和传统烧煤倒焰窑的性能对比 ,得出结论 :在相同容量的情况下 ,烧液化气梭式窑具有以下主要特点 :(1)所占体积约是传统烧煤倒焰窑的 1 2 ;(2 )单位产品能耗为传统烧煤倒焰窑的 1 6;(3 )焙烧时间约是传统烧煤倒焰窑的 1 2 ;(4 )燃料供给方便 ,环境污染小。并指出了我国中小型及个体陶瓷磨具厂未来窑炉的改进方向。
Through comparison of properties of liquefied petroleum gas-fired shuttle kiln and traditional coal down draught kiln,this paper suggests that,with the same capacity,liquefied petroleum gas-fired shuttle kiln has the following major characteristics:(1)half the volume of traditional coal down draught kiln,(2)heat consumption per unit product about one-sixth of the traditional coal down draught kiln,(3) half the firing time than tradition coal down draught kiln. (4) easy fuel providsion,less enveronmental pollution. This paper also points out the improving direction of kilns in medium or small-sized emterprises of ceramic grindstones in abrasives industry.
