摘要
对港机 -集装箱用钢丝绳主要品种在实际使用中存在的质量问题进行详细分析 ,认为抗疲劳性能差和使用寿命短的主要原因是钢丝韧性指标低、外层股之间的缝隙太小和钢丝绳油脂不到位 ;钢丝绳表面浪形和金属绳芯外逃是由于成型率过高、波动偏大 ,各股捻制张力不均匀和顺向捻制不到位。针对存在的问题 ,提出采用小捻距 ,提高增径率 ,控制股间缝隙 。
To analyze the quality problems existing in actual application of the main variety of wire rope for seaport machine and container. It is considered that the main causes of bad anti fatigue property and short service life are lower toughness target of steel wire,small gap among outside strands and absent grease from wire rope. The surface wave of wire rope and the metal core of rope to be free to other place is due to molding rate too high,bigger fluctuation,uneven strand tension forces and clockwise strand being absent. Aim at the existing problems,such technology measures is put forward as adopting short lay,increasing diameter adding rate,controlling the gap among strands and improving the enswathing degree of outside strands.
